Ownership and License

All original creations created by Forrest Riedl (“the Artist”), individually and/or through Forrest AZ Gallery, LLC, including but not limited to artwork, graphic designs, written content, digital content, logos, product designs, and other creative works (“Creations”), are and shall remain the sole intellectual property of Forrest Riedl (“the Artist”) unless otherwise stated.

The Artist retains ownership of all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Creations regardless of whether they are displayed, published, sold, or distributed through Forrest AZ Gallery, LLC, or through any affiliated websites, online stores, social media accounts, marketplaces, or other platforms that the Artist designates from time to time. Such platforms may operate under different names, usernames, or branding, but are licensed solely for use by the Artist and/or Forrest AZ Gallery, LLC in connection with the Artist’s business.

If Forrest AZ Gallery, LLC is dissolved, ceases operations, is sold, renamed, or otherwise discontinued, ownership of all Creations shall remain exclusively with Forrest Riedl unless transferred by a separate written agreement signed by the Artist.

Third-Party Products

Certain physical products, including blank apparel or other merchandise, may be manufactured or owned by third parties and licensed to Forrest AZ Gallery, LLC for resale. The Artist claims ownership only of the original artwork, graphics, and designs applied to or incorporated into those products. Nothing in this agreement is intended to claim ownership of any third-party products, trademarks, or intellectual property.

Permitted Use

Except as expressly authorized in writing by the Artist, no person or entity may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Creations.

The purchase, download, or receipt of any Creation does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the Artist.

Updates

The Artist may revise or update this policy from time to time to clarify, correct, or reflect changes in business operations. The most current version published by the Artist shall govern future use of the Creations. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
